Screen Service

Maintenance and Repair Across Victoria.

Commercial audio visual installation by Cove Technologies

Most venues have a screen that somebody installed and nobody owns. Nobody knows who hung it, nobody knows what the media player is, and the login is in a former manager’s email.

That is the standard model in this industry: sell the hardware, invoice, move on. We do the other thing. We designed it, we installed it, we ran the cabling, and we hold the electrical and ACMA registered cabling licences – so when something stops working there is one company responsible rather than three explaining each other.

And if someone else installed your screens, we will still look after them.

A call-out and an agreement are different things

A call-out is reactive. Something breaks, you ring, someone comes, you pay for the visit and the hours. Fine as a one-off. Expensive the third time this year, and nobody is tracking why it keeps happening.

A maintenance agreement works the other way round:

  • Visits scheduled at a time that suits the venue, not the middle of a Friday
  • Power supplies, receiver cards, mounts, cable terminations and brightness checked before any of it becomes a Saturday
  • An agreed response time, so you are not queued behind whoever rang first
  • A written record, so the pattern is visible instead of anecdotal

Maintenance agreements, prepaid hour blocks and priority response tiers are quoted to the site. Call 1300 913 281 and we will scope it.

What we service

LED screens and video walls · outdoor advertising LED · digital signage and menu boards · commercial TV and IPTV systems · media players and content scheduling · the electrical and data behind all of it.

Any brand. Whoever installed it.

Taking over a screen someone else installed

We survey what is there, document it – because usually nobody has – and put it on a scheduled plan. If the original installer has gone quiet, that is the most common call we get, and it is a straightforward one to solve.

Why we only work in Victoria

We hold licences in New South Wales, the ACT, Queensland and South Australia, and we use them for large LED screen installations and multi-site rollout programs where the scale justifies the travel.

Service is different. A response time is worth nothing if the crew is a day’s drive away. So we service Melbourne, regional Victoria and Victorian country, and we would rather cover one state properly than answer the phone from five.
