Westwaters Entertainment Complex – EGM Floor Upgrade
Scope
Cove Technologies was engaged to deliver a full gaming floor upgrade at Westwaters Entertainment Complex. The project required the removal of all existing Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) bases, a complete redesign of the EGM layout and the supply and installation of 71 new EGM bases. All associated electrical and data works were also included in the scope.
Outcome
The project was delivered entirely in-house by the Cove Technologies team in collaboration with Aristocrat Gaming. All works were completed over just two days, with no disruption to gaming operations, thanks to strategic scheduling outside of trading hours.
This seamless execution ensured business continuity while delivering a refreshed, modern layout optimised for both functionality and patron flow. The in-house delivery model streamlined coordination and eliminated reliance on external contractors, reducing complexity and minimising risk for the client.
