Stony Creek Racing Club – LED Truck Hire for New Race Day Event
Scope
Towards the end of last year, Cove Technologies worked with Stony Creek Racing Club to support a brand-new race date held in early December 2025. The event combined Christmas parties, work break-ups and a full day of racing, creating the need for a reliable big-screen solution that could elevate the on-course experience for patrons, guests, members and sponsors.
With tight timelines and a new event format, the club required a screen solution that could integrate seamlessly with TRP’s racing vision and deliver clear, high-definition content throughout the day. Cove Technologies stepped in with its 9m x 6m LED truck, providing a large-format mobile screen solution that could handle live racing vision, sponsor content and on-course information, all supported by a professional team onsite.
Outcome
The result was a high-impact event experience that matched the ambition of the new race day and helped Stony Creek Racing Club deliver a polished, engaging atmosphere on course.
