Scope
Cove Technologies was approached by the Commercial Hotel to undergo the process of Refurbishing their TAB and Sportsbar. As the design process evolved it became clear that this was going to be a very impressive well thought out project.
Outcome
With sports vision being the key to this room, a huge 7×3 55” Videowall was installed on the main wall of the room and another 3×3 55” Videowall installed adjacent to it. The TAB area also received an upgrade with all new commercial TV’s and custom joinery with matching EBT bases, designed and built by Cove Technologies.
A multi zone Audio system was also installed throughout the venue to give patrons an immersive experience, most saying “it’s like being there”.
Day to day operation of such impressive technology can often be difficult for venue staff and the non-tech savvy. To resolve this a control system was designed to manage all channel selections, screen modes and audio zones at the touch of a button. Staff were surprised at how easy it was to operate, and when they did find trouble help was only a phone call away to provide guidance.
